Due to current worldwide situation with COVID 19 and taking into consideration the personal safety of participants, possible problems of traveling to and from Serbia and organizing the Congress, we had to make a difficult decision to cancel this year’s XXII YUCORR.

 

Following the recommendations of international and national health authorities, after much deliberations amid growing concerns over the global outbreak of the SARS-CoV2 Coronavirus we has made the difficult, but necessary decision to postpone YUCORR untill next year. We believe this decision is in the best interest of the health and safety of all attendees.

 

We would like to mention that all of current submitted abstracts and registration fees will be automatically transferred to next year conference with an opportunity for modify or resubmit abstracts. The current abstracts and registration fees remain in our system as submitted, unless participants make the decision to withdraw their paper.

 

All participants who have payed a registration fee, the Organizer will refund or transfer the funds to the YUCORR Conference 2021, unless you notify us with different request.

The support you have shown for the XXII YUCORR is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to your involvement in the program in the 2021 Conference.

 

 

Zbog trenutne situacije u svetu sa COVID-19 i uzimajući u obzir ličnu sigurnost učesnika, moguće probleme u putovanju u Srbiju i iz nje i u organizovanju Kongresa, morali smo da donesemo tešku odluku da otkažemo ovogodišnji XXII YUCORR.

 

Sledeći preporuke međunarodnih i nacionalnih zdravstvenih vlasti, nakon mnogih rasprava usred sve veće zabrinutosti zbog globalnog izbijanja korovirusa SARS-CoV2, doneli smo tešku, ali potrebnu odluku da odgodimo YUCORR do sledeće godine. Verujemo da je ova odluka u najboljem interesu za zdravlje i sigurnost svih prisutnih.

 

Želimo da napomenemo da će svi trenutno predati izvodi i kotizacije biti automatski preneti na Konferenciju sledeće godine uz mogućnost izmena ili ponovnog slanja izvoda. Trenutni izvodi i kotizacije za registraciju ostaju u našem sistemu kao podneseni, osim ako učesnici ne donesu odluku da povuku svoj rad.

 

Svim učesnicima koji su uplatili kotizaciju, Organizator će refundirati ili preneti sredstva na YUCORR Konferenciju 2021, osim ako nam ne pošaljete drugačiji zahtev.

Izrazito cenimo podršku koju ste pokazali za XXII YUCORR i radujemo se vašem učešću u programu na Konferenciji 2021. godine.

 

Contributions

 

All participants of the Conference will have the opportunity to present their work as poster or oral presentation. The number of oral presentations is limited. The Scientific Committee will evaluate the submitted papers on the basis of their contents and will assign the contributions, taking into account authors' wishes as much as possible, to the oral or poster session. Despite the way of presentation, all accepted papers will be published in electronic form Proceedings.

 

For oral presentations, usual PC-based facilities, overhead projector and PC equipped with up-to-date software, will be available in Conference room. The authors are encouraged to send their electronic presentations upon acceptance to Conference e-mail: yucorr@sitzam.org.rs.


Fees


Full Registration Fee for the participation on XXII YUCORR is 300,00 € per person. This price includes:
Three full boards in double-bed room, attendance to the Conference events, Proceedings, Welcome reception cocktail, festive dinner and picnic.


Registration Fee for the Accompanying person on XXII YUCORR is 200,00 € per person. This price includes:
Three full boards in double-bed room, attendance to the Conference events, Welcome reception cocktail, festive dinner and picnic.


For the participants who will not use the accommodation from the organizer or will only attend to the lectures, registration fee is 200,00 €. It includes:
Attendance to the Conference events, Proceedings, cocktail, festive dinner and picnic.

Registration fee for students of all categories on XXII YUCORR (Bachelor, Master and Ph.D.) is 180,00and it includes:
Three full boards in double-bed room, attendance to the Conference events, Proceedings, Welcome reception cocktail, festive dinner and picnic.

 

Student discount is not mandatory for the organizing committee.

Fee for Half-Day Excursion, which is optional, is 10,00 € I 1000 RSD. For more information visit Social Events

Extra fee for one bed room is 12.00 € I 1500 RSD per day, and for the apartment 22.00 € I 2750 RSD per day per person. Number of rooms is limited.
